Syntax: cast dissolve <target>
Spell Number: 238

The dissolve spell is used as a cure for the restricted movement effect
of web.

The amount removed is based on the stats of the caster vs the strength of
the web spell. If a dissolve spell fails it still lowers the overall 
strength of the web affect, making subsequent casts more likely to succeed.

Note: Dissolve is less effective when used from a potion or other item.
