Help Disrupt

Syntax: cast disrupt <spell name>
        cast disrupt <target> <spell name>

A more focused version of the somewhat chaotic Cancellation spell, disrupt
attempts to remove one particular spell affect that is present upon the
target. If no target is specified, the caster is assumed to be trying to
remove the spell from themselves. You can only disrupt a spell if you have
a working knowledge of the spell you wish to disrupt.
