Object Lower

ObjLower: (Cost: 500qp per level)

This option allows you to reduce the level on an item by 1, up to a
maximum of 5 levels per item. Using ObjLower will add ownership to
your item if is not already owned by you.

The syntax is: quest buy objlower <item>
